Union Church is seeking a friendly, caring, Holy Spirit directed senior pastor to lead, equip and teach our congregation towards a closer walk with Jesus Christ.  We are a rural northeast Indiana non-denominational church with an average attendance of 400, which is well represented by all age categories.

Qualifications:  All applicants need at least five years senior pastor experience in churches that are Union's size with a bachelor's degree in ministry (required), although a Masters or M. Div. is desired.  The applicant should be a team player, having experience with multiple paid ministry staff and have the ability to build the staff with similarly strong team dynamics.  They need to possess a friendly personality and desire to shepherd the Union flock, as some visitation to members may be shared with the Visitation Pastor.  Additionally, the candidate will be someone who has quality pulpit skills and will be supportive of Union Church's core values related to discipleship and outreach.
